This document sets out the terms governing the use of the 1112 platform by users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1112 platform available at https://1112.im, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are not permitted to use this platform.
Your acceptance of these terms is binding and takes effect from the first date you access the 1112 platform, whether via mobile device, desktop, or any other device. This acceptance covers all services provided, including Sports Betting, online casino games, bonuses and promotions, and all user account functions.
1112 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically.
Account Registration & Security
Account Eligibility
- Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the 1112 platform.
- Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. Users must provide their full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and an active email address.
- The 1112 platform reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.
Password & Account Security
- Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login details.
- All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, including where the account is accessed by a third party as a result of your own negligence.
- If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the 1112 support team immediately at [email protected].
- The 1112 platform will never ask for your password via email or any unofficial channel.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 1112 platform agree to use it solely for lawful entertainment purposes in accordance with applicable laws. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Fraud & Manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate the betting system, exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities, or use automation software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
- Money Laundering: The 1112 platform has a zero-tolerance policy towards any activity related to money laundering. All transactions are subject to legal compliance monitoring.
- Use of False Information: Users are prohibited from providing false personal or financial information, including the use of credit cards or bank accounts belonging to another party without authorisation.
- System Interference: Any attempt to interfere with, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the systems, servers, or networks associated with the 1112 platform is prohibited and may result in legal action.
- Account Sharing: Accounts are for personal use only. Sharing login credentials with any other party is a violation of these terms.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of account balance, and/or appropriate legal action.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
Deposit & Currency
All transactions on the 1112 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include bank transfer, DuitNow, Boost, and other local Malaysian e-wallets available at the time.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the chosen payment method and are subject to change. Once a deposit has been successfully processed and funds have entered your account, it cannot be reversed.
Withdrawals & Processing
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet that has been registered and verified in the same user's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
The 1112 platform reserves the right to hold or delay any withdrawal for security review or identity verification purposes. Processing times range from one to three business days depending on the method selected.
Bonus & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions offered by 1112 are subject to specific terms set out for each offer. Wagering requirements, validity periods, and withdrawal limits will be stated for each promotion. Abuse of promotions or any attempt to exploit bonus offers may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
The 1112 platform reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Providing false or incomplete information during registration or the identity verification process.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or manipulate gameplay.
- Instructions from relevant regulatory authorities or law enforcement bodies.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending transactions will be processed in accordance with established procedures.
Where an account is suspended due to a breach, 1112 reserves the right to withhold any account balance associated with the violating activity while the investigation is ongoing.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Other Provisions
Limitation of Liability
The 1112 platform is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting, technical service disruptions, or unauthorised account access resulting from a user's own negligence.
Services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty regarding continuity, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1112 platform — including logos, brand names, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software code — is the exclusive property of 1112 or its respective licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Any infringement of intellectual property rights may be subject to legal action under applicable Malaysian law.
Third-Party Links
The 1112 platform may contain references to third-party services or content. 1112 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Users access such links entirely at their own risk.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 1112 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the matter shall be referred to an appropriate dispute resolution forum.
